HitMeApp offers a distinctive social media experience tailored primarily for Gen Z users. Designed by youths for youths, it facilitates authentic influence without reliance on revealing skin or significant financial investment.

The platform enables users to connect, compete, and progress through levels while unlocking exclusive features in collaboration with friends and family. Its unique approach positions it distinctly within the social app landscape.

In the Profile section, users can monitor their level progression based on Experience Points (XP), view their followers and following lists, and track streaks that reinforce daily engagement. Maintaining a daily usage streak provides an XP multiplier, encouraging consistent activity for faster leveling.

User achievements are showcased through badges—up to 45 different ones—that can be displayed prominently on profiles to signify influence and milestones. The app's in-built currency, Bread, is used to purchase various items and features in the Shop, which can be activated and tracked within the “bag” feature.

All multimedia content—videos and photos—is accessible from the profile. Posts may be marked as Favorites or set to Private, ensuring control over visibility and engagement.

The Direct Messages (DMs) feature allows users to communicate privately, earning XP through interactions. Notifications keep users informed about their own progress and their friends’ activities. Initiating group chats offers additional opportunities to earn XP and level up more rapidly.

The Camera section provides options for capturing photos or recording videos; video length and photo selection limits are determined by user level, incentivizing continuous engagement and leveling up. Users may also upload content from their device’s gallery.

The Shop serves as a hub for purchasing items to enhance interactions. It comprises two main sections: Powerups—single-use items like Bust-a-Bae or Doghouse designed to boost gameplay—and Filterups, exclusive AR lenses and filters that vary in duration based on user level. The shop also offers options to earn Bread quickly by watching videos, supporting users aiming to gift or otherwise invest in their experience.

The FAM feed exposes users to a curated stream of videos and photos from friends of friends, fostering new connections. Following profiles and interacting through posts and comments facilitate engagement and XP accumulation.

Daily Challenges present three new tasks each day that reward Bread and XP. Completing all challenges enables users to “Secure The Bag,” emphasizing its importance for rapid advancement. The XP icon provides insights into current levels, unlocked features, and upcoming rewards as users swipe through progress indicators.

The CloutBoard displays user rankings globally and among followed peers, based on metrics such as XP, Bread, Challenge completion, streaks, and badges. Sharing rankings adds a competitive element aimed at reinforcing influence within the community.
